Value for Money

Now recently I have taken pride in  preparing my meals at home, The main reason for this is the cost of eating out is OUTRAGEOUS what is even more upsetting is after you spend so much money on your meal it taste is some where in the abyss and was not included in the cost of the meal.. So believe me when I say I rarely eat out... again its mostly because of cost. NOW... recently I had to start back working to stay on top of my bills and of course the main contributor to my bill deficit is " Pcosmentics" now don't get me wrong... working is a must now a days so before I comment on my experience I would also like to say there are too many young unemployed people who are just LAZY and refused to make a contribution towards society and of course themselves.... needless to say to work is a blessing form GOD above that we should be eternally grateful for... So moving right along... In a mad dash to save time I left home with out breakfast and was subjected to having purchase a meal.. on a recommendation from a coworker I had a Sada and fry potatoes from      Yammers Roti Shop in Trincity mall.. now let me be absolutely clear that Nobody and I mean nobody can make a fry potatoe like my mother... That woman does quarrel about every think and you does alwasy hear her before you see her but she can cook, hands down....

Now i was pleasantly surprise to find that for my hard earn $12.00 TT dollars I was given a real 1/4 of sada and what I consider a proper portion of side. I was also able to have 3 sauce , pepper, shadow beni and mango sauce... Now that was value for money, NOW.... lets talk taste... on a scale of 1-10 lets  give it a 6... Why a 6... let me explain.... the thing didn't have any garlic taste nor did it have does crispy piece what makes a good choka.. now for all D young people who does not know enough.... fry potatoes is not chips.. nor is it mash potatoes, but a combination of the two.. That is the easiest way to explain it.  Needless to say I was not disappointed with there offerings and would have to say the price is right.
